huck finn in general is a great book my personal lickings are not towards this book. Huck is a story about a young thirteen-year-old child who's kind, smart, and easy going kind of kid. he lives with a widow who is trying to reform the "lower class" huck. Of course this doesnt work, as hucknis a somewhat stubbern child. But huck's easy going life was rumbled when huck's "abusive, ignorant, and life-threatening" father returns and takes custody of huck who has happened to found himself in a pile in cash due to previous adventures. This leads huck into another string of events which makes this story worth while. the writing itself is well written and given great themes to keep the book more then interesting. my overall overweiw is that its a great book.
